Mr. Wooldridge had been contacted by one of his clients who mentioned the difficulties they encountered when applying for probate. Mr. Wooldridge’s client went on to say he contacted five companies – including solicitors and estate administration providers – to ask for guidance on applying for probate, only to find that none of them were helpful or forthcoming with information to guide him.

Mr. Wooldridge’s client was left confused and quite rightly, annoyed at the lack of support he’d received. After listening to his client’s grievances, Mr. Wooldridge recommended that he call Kings Court Trust to see if we could help him with his application for probate.

Given the client wasn’t the Executor, he was unable to appoint Kings Court Trust himself. However, as he was so impressed with the service he’d received, he referred his sister to Kings Court Trust as she was the Executor. Being based in South Africa and on the recommendation of her brother, Kings Court Trust was appointed to administer the estate in full.
