Significant increase in online sales delivered by Kings Court Trust

From launching new technology solutions to managing a record number of estates, 2016 was a successful year for a number of reasons at estate administration specialist Kings Court Trust.

One of the main achievements was the in-house development of their app, Onsite, which has helped transform the business’s sales process and empowered their network of business partners to provide quotes and close sales without any direct input from the Kings Court Trust sales team. The app has been a key driver of a new distributed sales model that has proven popular with business partners and clients alike, as it enables them to offer a market leading estate administration service more effectively and efficiently than ever before.

Throughout 2016, Kings Court Trust provided extensive training and support to hundreds of Will writers, funeral directors and financial advisers to ensure that they felt confident in using Onsite, which in turn allowed them to provide a fixed fee quote for their clients quickly and conveniently. 

This change has been well received, with 50% of all of sales in 2016 being carried out using the technology – previously the majority of sales were carried out at face-to-face meetings. The introduction of electronic contracts also means that the whole sales process can now be carried out remotely, which means that Kings Court Trust can assist more families than ever before.
