58% of adults don’t have a Will and have been putting off writing down their wishes for the time when they ‘get older’ so they don’t feel like they’re ‘tempting fate.’ If this sounds familiar to you, read on to find out why November may be the time to finally make a Will…
Today marks the start of Will Aid, which is a partnership between the legal profession and nine of the UK's leading charities. During November, you can support top UK charities by having your Will professionally written. Participating firms waive their fee for writing a basic Will so, rather than pay the Will writer, clients are instead invited to make a donation to Will Aid.
You not only gain peace of mind by writing your Will and knowing your affairs are in order, but you will also help charities to change the lives of thousands of people.
All money raised by Will Aid goes to support the work of the nine Will Aid charities: ActionAid, Age UK, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, NSPCC, Save the Children UK, Sightsavers, SCIAF (Scotland) and Trocaire (Northern Ireland).
