KCT Autumn Seminar Success

Posted by Kings Court Trust

Kings Court Trust (KCT) partnered with the Jockey Club to host their bi-annual Seminars this October at Haydock Park Racecourse and Warwick Racecourse.

This was a fantastic opportunity for wills and probate professionals to network and build upon CPD training. KCT ensured both of the events were very interactive to ensure our partners could benefit from a broader understanding of the industry, as well as cultivating stronger relationships with both KCT and other legal professionals.

A combination of wills and probate experts, sales and marketing professionals, and KCT representatives lead a variety of discussions throughout the day. All attendees were encouraged to get involved from the outset.

The following topics were presented on the day: -

  • Andrea Pierce from Kings Court Trust– Legal Refresher

Some key outcomes from the resent Inheritance and Trustees’ Powers Act 2014 which came into play from the 1st Oct this year
