Fresh Look, Same Trusted Expertise | Kings Court Trust

We are proud to unveil our new identity, reflecting not only a fresh visual update but also a renewed commitment to providing exceptional service and specialist support to our clients and partners.

Why the change?

Whilst our existing crown and purple branding has served Kings Court Trust well over the years, we recognized that the time had come to evolve.  Our decision to rebrand was driven by several key factors that align with both our vision for the future and the expectations of the market. These include

  • Competitive differentiation: Our new branding aims to differentiate us from competitors and reinforce our position as leaders in the space;
  • Clarifying our story: Our messaging wasn’t as clear and cohesive as it could be. We have refined our messaging to better articulate our service benefits,  highlighting how we make complex processes easier for our clients;
  • Alignment with vision: The new brand better reflects our core values, and ensures our visual identity aligns with our vision for the future.

This transformation isn’t just about a new logo - it’s about aligning every aspect of messaging and communication to reflect who we truly are and how we want to be perceived.

The robin: A symbol of guidance and hope

Our new logo features a robin - a meaningful symbol of good luck, happiness, and the comforting presence of loved ones. In folklore, robins are said to appear when loved ones are near, making this a fitting representation of our role in supporting families through the probate journey. The robin also embodies the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism that defines our service.

A vibrant, modern identity

Our updated brand uses an orange palette inspired by the robin’s breast, symbolising optimism and clarity, paired with neutral grey tones for a grounding sense of professionalism, this combination ensures that we stand out in the competitive market.

Your Partner Through Probate

We’ve also introduced a new tagline: Your Partner Through Probate. This perfectly captures what we stand for—a trusted ally guiding clients and partners through every step of the probate process with care, expertise, and support.

What this means for you

Our rebrand is designed to bring tangible benefits to our clients and partners:

  • Stronger Connections: A refreshed, emotionally resonant brand fosters deeper engagement and trust;
  • Clear Communication: Simplified messaging ensures our services are easy to understand and access;
  • Improved Resources: From our new website to streamlined materials, we’re enhancing how we support your needs.

What’s next?

We’re excited to roll out our refreshed identity over the coming weeks. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Updated marketing materials, proposal documents, and contracts;
  • A redesigned website, launching in phases over the next 6–9 months, with improved functionality and resources;
  • Clear communication to ensure both new and existing clients are aware of what the rebrand means for them.

As we take this next step, we want to thank you - our clients and partners - for being part of our journey. Your trust in Kings Court Trust has been the foundation of our success, and we look forward to building on this with our new identity.
